The Pinehurst futon mattress from Serta delivers on a promise of solid value and proven comfort. This basic futon mattress is constructed with five comfort layers to provide a good basic comfort foundation to your futon frame. The Pinehurst futon mattress is constructed using the special method of cottonique. Cottonique combines selected grades of cotton with polyester fibers for a unique, durable upholstery blend that outperforms and outlasts traditional cotton batting. As a result the Pinehurst is more resilient, more comfortable and yet surprisingly light. Combine this great mattress with any of Serta's stylish futons frames.
