My parents complained when they heard they'd have to sleep on a futon when visiting but changed their mind after two nights on this mattress! It's been a couch in daily use for six weeks and so far no complaints at all, except that it was very laborious to get it out of the box it came in. I wish I had not purchased the no-slip strips; they were not needed.
