Q:
We currently have an 8" full size Big Sleep TDC futon mattress that came with the frame through a warehouse store. The tag shows material consisting of blended cotton batting 70%, polyurethane foam 15%, and polyester pad 15%. The mattress is too firm for lengthy sitting, especially if someone has arthritis or other musculoskeletal disorders. Because we cannot test a mattress, what do you suggest for sitting comfort? Our futon is used mainly as a couch for us and visitors.
